Step 1 of 6
Initial Consultation
A free 30-minute video call with our intake team to learn about your child, your family, and what’s brought you to ABA. You leave with a clear answer on whether we’re the right fit — no pressure, no hard sell.
BCBA-led ABA services for Texas families, launching September 2026.
We’re a fully telehealth ABA practice built for Texas families ready to be true partners in their child’s growth. Every session is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, scheduled around your week — designed to spare you the long waitlists, the layers between you and your clinician, and the rigid clinic hours that don’t fit real life.
We’re putting the finishing touches on everything right now — clinical infrastructure, credentialing with major Texas commercial insurance plans and Texas Medicaid, and the BCBA-led intake flow. Private-pay options will also be available. Add your email below to be first in line when intake opens September 1, 2026.

About Lone Star ABA
Lone Star ABA was founded on a simple idea: caregivers are the most important people in a learner’s life, and ABA works best when it’s built around them, not around a clinic’s schedule.
When we open this September, we’ll be BCBA-led from top to bottom, fully telehealth, and intentionally designed for families on long waitlists, in rural communities, or anyone who needs a more flexible alternative to traditional clinic-based ABA.
Who We Serve
We exist for the families clinic-based ABA can’t reach, and the ones it doesn’t fit.
On a long ABA waitlist
Still waiting on a diagnosis
Needing flexible, lower-hour care
Ready to start now — not next year
In rural or underserved Texas
Wanting telehealth that fits your week
From First Contact to First Session
Here’s what onboarding will look like when we open this fall. Six clear steps. No surprises. Our model is built so most families can begin within weeks, not months.
Step 1 of 6
A free 30-minute video call with our intake team to learn about your child, your family, and what’s brought you to ABA. You leave with a clear answer on whether we’re the right fit — no pressure, no hard sell.
Step 2 of 6
We verify your benefits, file the pre-authorization paperwork for your initial assessment, and follow it through to approval — you don’t chase the insurance company, we do. If you’re paying privately, we’ll walk through transparent pricing upfront.
Step 3 of 6
Your Board Certified Behavior Analyst meets with you over 2–3 sessions to understand your child’s strengths, growth areas, and the goals that matter most. You receive a written treatment plan you helped shape — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Step 4 of 6
Once the assessment is complete, we submit your treatment plan to insurance for prior authorization — the formal approval that releases your ongoing therapy hours. We follow up until it lands; approval timelines vary by plan. You stay informed, we handle the back-and-forth.
Step 5 of 6
Your BCBA coaches you in real time during Caregiver + Child sessions, then meets with you alone in Caregiver-Only sessions to review your caregiver-education goals, teach you the techniques to meet them, and plan next steps. You’re not watching from the sidelines — you’re learning to deliver the strategies in your own home.
Step 6 of 6
We review your data and adjust the plan together. As your child masters skills, new goals come in. Every decision is made with you, not for you.

Why Lone Star
Every session is led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, no RBT-only delivery, no handoffs through layers of staff.
Caregivers aren’t observers. They’re trained, coached, and equipped to carry the work into every part of the day.
Minimum of 2 hours per week, scaled to clinical need. We don’t default to 30+ hour models families can’t sustain.
All 254 counties. From the Panhandle to the Gulf, including the rural and underserved communities clinics can’t.
We’re built to start without the long waitlists. Most families will be in care within weeks, not months — even those still navigating a diagnosis.
